Natureed® is House of Bamboo’s quality natural reed cladding product used for, screening, cladding, fencing and creating overhead shade. It comes in rolls of securely bound reeds, which are durable, highly resistant to termites and moisture and low in flammability.

To make a new fence out of Natureed®, two layers of Natureed® cladding are used. One method is to attach the Natureed® to both sides of timber frames comprising vertical timber posts and adjoining horizontal timber battens. The Natureed® is then attached to the battens with staples punched vertically across the wire binding of the Natureed® cladding. Alternatively, a Natureed® fence can be constructed by using metal pole uprights around or through which galvanised wiring can be strung and then the Natureed® attached with netting clips across the wire binding in the Natureed® cladding.

Natureed® used in this way gives a natural, textured look and privacy but without complete density.  It can be integrated into various thematic landscapes and is also the structure required for making custom built privacy or barrier screens.

Natureed® is a trademarked product made with quality control and bound properly with non-rusting wire. It lasts well, is easily installed and needs minimal maintenance. The reeds are a natural warm brown colour of approx 5-6mm thickness.
