NatureShade® is an internationally patented and trademarked versatile shade structure developed exclusively for House of Bamboo and its sister company: Leisure Structures.

Utilising House of Bamboo’s  exclusive product Natureed®, NatureShade® structures are designed to be angled to provide shade as required at all times of the day, whilst enabling genuine cooling and breeze  as well as filtered light. These structures are ideal for pool or spa surrounds, domestic, and commercial contexts.

NatureShade® structures come in various modalities and are all able to be adjusted, so that if shade is not required, it reverts to a vertical screen, which can also be useful as a privacy screen or windbreak.

NatureShade® (Curved)
The original NatureShade® comprises an elegant curved Natureed® canopy held in a high quality stainless frame and attached to a single metal pole to enable the canopy to be rotated 360degrees and angled at any angle up to 90 degrees. The screen thus literally can follow the sun and give shade and attractive filtered light. NatureShade® works beautifully near pools, where it can shade the pool and then rotate to the nearby surrounds, as required. As noted in the Natureed® shading section, Natureed® allows cool air flow, in contrast with  the hot air that accumulates under plastic in umbrellas or synthetic sails. The aeration between the individual reeds in the Natureed® canopy also prevents the canopy being carried away by strong winds.

NatureShade® can be contructed as a manual shade structure or an automatic one operating under a remote controlled  electrically  powered winch or by a solar powered one. It is also possible to have lights above the NatureShade®.
