An impressive 51-storey landmark development in North Sydney, Affinity Place is a striking example of contemporary amenities focused on sustainability.

House of Bamboo was commissioned to design and custom-manufacture engineered bamboo building elements to complement the project’s urban design. These elements exemplify bamboo’s ability to transform and adapt to progressive commercial developments. In collaboration with Hassell Architects, House of Bamboo materials feature throughout the project. Our visionary team expertly designed more than 30 square metres of engineered bamboo profiles, including lattice, waffle design panels, door jambs, signage boards, skirting, and trims, to achieve the client’s objectives. This project highlights the House of Bamboo’s ability to innovate and deliver premium, aesthetically pleasing materials that meet a client’s ambitious sustainability requirements.
